This is a lovely modern hotel. Very reasonably priced and my room was a good size. The decorations to the common areas are in good condition, those to the room are good as well but they have gone for carpet on the floors rather than a easily cleanable surface. Don't expect lots of free toiletries, sewing kits or shower caps. The rooms are heated and cooled with individual Daikin units and mine worked fine. I think the location is good being as it is just a short walk from the Saldana metro station (which is on the direct red line from the airport). I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at 3km from the busy streets of Lisbon. Our room was quite big for a standard, well equipped and clean as well. The breakfast buffet (included in the room fare) was diversified and definitely important to charge our batteries before going for a city tour.

Liked · Friendly and welcoming staff - I`d say the hotel could have a good use of some extra staff as the crew seemed to be overwhelmed with the volume of work. It is nice to have a gym around, it is small but enough for a nice sesh. There is plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, coffee shops in the surrounding and it is easy to reach out to the city center from the hotel. There is a parking available in the hotel, you will pay €15/day - if you have a big car or SUV, be ready to the adventure as it can be tricky to get in and out due to the narrow way. Disliked · Breakfast was pretty basic and it did not seem very clean. There was a piece of paper in the fruits on the first day and the bread, cake and pastry were all stale, they appeared to be from the day before. Coffee from the machine was good but in general the breakfast does not worth it. The hotel was not well cleaned, especially the room toilet and the breakfast area. It was overpriced from what it offers.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We just felt a bit far away from all the vibey spots. Perfect for families looking for a quieter stay

Just checked in with group tour. Lovely room with large w/c. Plenty of towels; pillows; tea pot with limited coffe & sugar. Mini fridge ( not minibar) safe in closet. Good Wi-Fi. Not a great view, but not here for the view!! #TrovaTours #TheChefSmartyPants #EricaWides

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this hotel and have no complaints. Very good location, close to the metro but in a quiet area. The room was modern and clean with a good bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Staff were polite and helpful.

Masa 5 was a great stay for the price and location. The on-site parking garage had a great price and although tight, it did accommodate our SUV. I wouldn't use a large car or medium sized SUV. Metro was within 5 minutes and easy to use. Service personnel react well to your needs. Decent breakfast and great stay.

Clean and smart hotel. Refurbished rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good and complete breakfast in a spacious breakfast room. Good windows for noise reduction.
